Plumage: The forehead and forepart of the crown is blue, with the rest of the body a dark green. The bend of the wing and the under-wing converts are red.

Beak and eyes: The beak is black and iris is reddish brown.

Soft Parts: The bare facial area is white with dotted spots of tiny black feathers. The feet are dark gray.

Origin: Found in eastern Venezuela and Guyana.
